Ugyen Wangmo, Electrical Technician joined the Royal Academy of Performing Arts in 2018 after serving at the Dechencholing Higher Secondary School for 8 years. She is a graduate of Vocational Training Institute, Khuruthang, Punakha and underwent training in Driglam Namzha (Bhutanese etiquette).
