Phuntsho Choden joined the civil service as a receptionist at Punakha dzongkhag administration in 2007 and worked there for eight years. She was then transferred to Dzongkhag Administration in Wangduephodrang and worked there till 2018. Her final transfer was to the National Museum of Bhutan in Paro and is working as a ticketing in-charge. She is very adaptive and can work in various fields suiting her qualification.
