Kunzang Wangmo, a 2006 graduate of Punakha Higher Secondary School, began her career with Bhutan Post before joining the Royal Heritage Museum in Trongsa as a messenger in 2012. She has since taken on various roles, including reception, ticketing, and administrative duties such as dispatching and filing. Kunzang also operates the RAMIS system for managing museum entry fees, showcasing her adaptability in the museum’s operations.
