He graduated from the College of Natural Resources with a BSc in Sustainable Development. After completing a PGDPA from the Royal Institute of Management, he began his career as an Assistant Human Resource Officer with RCSC in 2018. Before joining the Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development as a Research Officer, he had served with the then Dzongkha Development Commission.
