Ugyen Chophel is currently serving as a communication technician at the Department. He oversees video documentation works for the Department. He is an avid photographer and a video specialist. He holds a B.Sc. Visual Communication (Electronic Media) (2010-2013), from Rathinam College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, Bharathiar University, India. To augment his skill he further received training on photography, training organized by the Ministry of Labour and Human Resource in 2002 and awarded a Diploma in photography. He received another Diploma in Animation Technology and Engineering (DATE) by participating in training organized by Novasoft Technologies, Coimbatore. Besides his passion in photography and video documentation works, he loves hiking and engaging in other physical activities.
