This book talks about Bhutan’s diverse cultural heritage includes both tangible and intangible creative expressions which gives an insight into our unique culture tradition passed down from generation to generation.
Bhutanese culture is unique and sacred because it is based on a foundation of cause and effect (ley judrey) and traditional etiquette and Buddhist ethics (tha damtshig) and reverence to tsa-wa-sum. Book also says that Bhutanese culture is dynamic, vibrant and based on steadfast conviction that have emerged from the intellect and wisdom of the Bhutanese people and leadership for the benefit of Bhutanese society, community and country.
