Kencho, Sr. Museum assistant joined the civil service in 1989 after studying at the then Paro Central School. He is one of the senior most staff working at the museum and his advice is always sought for him having worked in the same organization for over 30 years. He has worked under many subsequent heads thus has acquired substantial knowledge in many areas.
